Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations

In accordance with applicable legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without the need to provide any justification.

To request an exchange, return, or cancellation, customers should select the "Exchanges, Returns and Cancellations" option available in the footer of the online store. They will then be redirected to their customer account, where they can access their orders.

Within each order, customers can click the "Cancel" button if the order has not yet been processed, or the "Return/Exchange" button once the order has been processed.

Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of order preparation errors or defective products attributable to Lusiskin LDA.

Lusiskin LDA only processes exchanges, returns, or refunds for products purchased through its online store.

In the event of a return or cancellation, refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used to place the order.
